WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

You will need swimming clothes and a towel and any medication that you would normally carry. if you don’t want to swim, you can bring regular clothes as well.

WHAT IF THERE IS A BAD WEATHER?

It is difficult to predict exactly how the weather will be until the day of the Tour (especially because of the wind) so if you book Tour and the weather is not suitable, we will rescedule your Tour or refund your booking or offer some other trips instead.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations of individual bookings. You can cancel the booking and set another one or select some other active tour but we are not returning your deposit payment. We will return you the deposit only if the Tour is cancelled by us because of the bad weather or unpredictable technical issues.

ARE THERE ANY GROUP DISCOUNTS?

Group discounts are available for groups of 8 participants or more and cancelling such a group requires different cancellation policy. You need to send us an email atleast 3 days before the Tour is scheduled.

About payment

I PAYED THE DEPOSIT AND TOUR WAS CANCELLED. WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?

Your refund was issued on the day of the cancellation but it can take 2 weeks maximum for the banks to transfer the money back. Please be patient and if you have any problems contact us directly.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY IN CASH?

Yes. We require your credit card details to make the reservation but you can pay in cash on arrival. We accept all currencies (Euro and other currency will be adapted to the daily exchange rate). Please contact us directly.

I BOOKED THE TOUR ONLINE BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED CONFIRMATION AND TICKET

There can be some delays after booking until payment is received. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email which is a valid proof of your reservation. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder and/or make sure you entered a valid email address when making the booking. If you still have problems please contact us.
